Boyds Bear County is the largest Teddy Bear Store in the world. And we do mean huge! This 110,000 square foot red barn is home to over 70,000 bears and you’ll find some of the best dining experiences around. Come meet the bears, there’s certainly one you can’t help but take home!

For all you Elvis Presley fans you must visit Graceland. Even if you aren’t a fan this is a very interesting tour. Marie Presley’s voice will take you on an audio guided tour of Graceland. As you stroll through this wonderful mansion you’ll see exhibits celebration 50 years of Rock ‘n’ Roll, you’ll get a view of Elvis’ jets, and you’ll see the Automobile Museum. There’s so much memorabilia here.

If you want to stay a little longer why not stay at Heartbreak Hotel where you’ll find an outdoor heat shaped pool. An added bonus is free Elvis movies 24 hours a day. The Lost Sea is found deep inside the mountains near Sweetwater. It’s listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the largest underground lake. But besides her distinction she also a very historic location and the huge cave system attached is called the Craighead Caverns that were once used by the Cherokee Indians. About a mile from the entrance you’ll find a room called the “Council Room” which is filled with Indian artifacts including weapons, arrowheads, and pottery. This is mother nature at her best. Don’t miss it!

The Jack Daniel Distillery is the oldest distillery in the United States. It offers guided tours just about every day. It’s an interesting visit that everyone will enjoy.

Ruby Falls is a family adventure in Lookout Mountain. The sheer magnificence of the 145 foot natural waterfall thundering down the side will take your breath away! At rub fall you can get a little history, some great views, do some exploring, and spend some time relaxing. It’s fondly referred to as “The Jewel of Lookout Mountain.” And there’s a reason. Come experience it for yourself!

At Tennessee Aquarium you can get close and cozy with a 80 pound catfish. See if you see eye to eye. Watch for what lurks in the swamps and be sure to touch the prehistoric lake sturgeon. Then escape to the bottom of the sea where you’ll see sharks, stingrays, and barracuda. Tennessee Aquarium is home to thousands of creatures whether they crawl, walk, fly, or swim.
